Luno has finally release the new withdrawal and deposit method for Nigerian. This method involves direct deposit from your bank and direct withdrawal to your bank. This method involves the use of Voucher. Voucher in this case is a payment purchase voucher and, it is in partnership with a third-party voucher provider. However, Luno did not mention the name of the voucher provider.

The new deposit and withdrawal method is still instant and reflects in your account immediately. 

How To Deposit On Luno In Nigeria:

Follow the process below to successfully deposit on Luno

• Head to your "NGN wallet" on your Luno app then select DEPOSIT
• If you haven’t used vouchers with Luno in the past, you will see some screens introducing you to voucher payments. Press NEXT to continue
• Select the CREATE VOUCHER button, enter the amount you like to deposit, then select NEXT
• You’ll see a screen confirming amount and the fee. Select CONTINUE TO PAY
• On the webpage that opens up, you can make a card payment or a bank transfer. Select your preferred payment method.  Once the payment is successful, your voucher details will be sent to your Luno email address and phone number.
• Back on Luno, enter the voucher details you received on the Redeem your voucher screen, then click on  REDEEM VOUCHER
• Finally, enter the six-digit code sent to you via SMS and email
• Success! The funds will be added to your NGN wallet so you can buy crypto.

How To Withdraw On Luno In Nigeria:

Follow the process below to successfully withdraw fund on Luno

• Head to your "NGN wallet" on Luno and select WITHDRAW
• Click on the CREATE VOUCHER button, enter the amount in Naira you like to withdraw, then select NEXT
• You’ll see your withdrawal amount and the withdrawal fee too. Select CONFIRM
• If you are using the mobile app, enter your Luno PIN. Your voucher details will be sent to your Luno email and phone number immediately
• Click on the REDEEM VOUCHER button, then choose the bank account you like to withdraw to
• Then enter the voucher number you received earlier, then select REDEEM VOUCHER
• Finally, enter the six-digit code sent via email and SMS
• The funds will reflect in your bank account within some minutes.
